Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays).
Delivery times and methods may vary depending upon your location and during public holidays.
USA
Orders are shipped with standard delivery within the USA, arriving within 3-7 business days.
TRACKING
You can track your order status at any time with your order tracking number provided via email. Simply enter your number into the box on the track my order page, located in the main menu and click track.
GIFTS
Unfortunately, due to customs declaration requirements for international orders we cannot mark orders as a ‘gift’ as the contents and value of the parcel will need to be provided on the outside of the packaging.
LIABILITY
Please double check your personal information before placing an order. DOTTED ZEBRA will not be liable for missing or incorrect orders due to improper delivery or contact information completed during the order process. It is the customers responsibility to double check all information before finalising the order.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us to let us know as soon as you receive your products.
We will endeavour to replace or refund any products deemed to be in poor or unsatisfactory condition.
CHANGE OF MIND?
Change your mind about your purchase? Dotted Zebra offer’s a store credit in exchange for return of all products in unopened and in unused condition, in their original packaging. Dotted Zebra is not liable for any additional shipping & handling costs due to changes of mind.
DOTTED ZEBRA must be contacted within 7 business days upon receipt of the order.
Products must be returned with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
Please contact us before returning any products providing your contact information, order number and reason for return to ensure compliance with the above conditions. We will then be able to advise you where to return your order to (the address may be different to our head office).
When returning an order, please ensure you carefully package any products to avoid damage during transit. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as DOTTED ZEBRA will not be liable for any damage or loss caused during transit. Please retain proof of postage from your courier of choice.
Please allow at least 14 working days from date of return for refunds to be processed or replacement products to be dispatched.
